How your plan works
One plan, a regular schedule and simple add-ons
You do not book a separate visit for each pest. Here is how the plans and add-ons fit together.
Visits about every two months
The Home Protection Plan runs year-round, with six visits a year. Each visit falls within about 15 days of its target date, so protection continues through every season.
Covered pests are handled together
Rats, mice, spiders, wasps, carpenter bees, earwigs, non-wood-boring ants, millipedes and centipedes, American and Palmetto roaches, stink bugs, pill bugs and silverfish are all part of the same plan.
Add-ons cover what the base plan does not
An add-on is an extra treatment you can attach to your plan for a pest it does not include: carpenter ants, voles and exterior fleas and ticks, priced separately. Interior liquid application is a free add-on.
Mosquitoes have their own plan
The Mosquito Reduction Plan is separate from the Home Protection Plan. It brings nine visits from March through November, and a tick add-on is available.
What the plan does not cover
The Home Protection Plan does not cover termites, bed bugs or other wood-destroying insects, apart from the carpenter bees and carpenter ants described on this site. If you are dealing with a pest that is not listed here, call (806) 209-4849 and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.

A covered pest is included in your Home Protection Plan. An add-on is an extra treatment for a pest the base plan does not include, such as carpenter ants, voles or exterior fleas and ticks, and it is priced separately. Interior liquid application is a free add-on to the Home Protection Plan.
Are mosquitoes part of the Home Protection Plan?
No. Mosquito treatment is sold as its own plan, the Mosquito Reduction Plan, with nine visits from March through November. A tick add-on is available for that plan.
How do I know which service page matches my problem?

Do I need to schedule a separate visit for each pest?
No. The pests your plan covers are handled on one schedule, with a technician visit about every two months, year-round, so you are not booking a separate service for each problem.
