Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or embed content from third-party services such as maps, social media, analytics, advertising and review platforms.
Those providers may collect information when you interact with their services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and analytics and advertising providers may process limited device, browser and usage information according to those policies.
Text Messages (SMS)
When you enter your phone number in a quote or contact form, the form offers two separate, optional text message (SMS) choices, and neither box is checked for you. If you opt in to customer care and service-related texts, you agree to receive quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, service notices, account or service updates, and responses to your inquiry from Panhandle Pest Protection, operated by Insight Pest Solutions AMA LLC, at the number you provide. If you opt in to marketing texts, you agree to receive promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and other marketing messages from Panhandle Pest Protection, operated by Insight Pest Solutions AMA LLC, at the number you provide.
You may opt in to either category, both categories or neither, and you may submit the form without selecting either. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also call us at (806) 209-4849 or email service@insight-panhandle.com for help, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP.
SMS Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, share or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and SMS consent records are used only to support our own messaging program and our compliance records. We may disclose SMS data to messaging providers and other service providers only as needed to deliver, support, secure or document the messaging program.
Job Applicants
When you choose to apply for a job with us, our careers pages send you to Insight’s applicant portal (Insight Tracker), a separate system operated by Insight Pest Solutions that receives and manages applications. You enter your application information in that portal, not on this website. Our website passes only role and source codes to the portal when you select an Apply link; it does not pass your name or contact details.
The application may ask for information such as your contact details, work history and availability, licenses or certifications, information about your eligibility to work, and documents you upload, such as a resume. For some roles, it may also ask for your consent to a background or driving record check. The questions depend on the role.
We and Insight use applicant information to evaluate your application, to contact you about it (including by email or text message), to schedule interviews, to make hiring decisions, and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. We keep application information for as long as needed for these purposes and as the law requires.
Please read the notices and consents shown in the portal before you submit an application. If you have questions about your application information, contact us at service@insight-panhandle.com.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact, service and consent records for as long as needed to respond to requests, provide services, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain business records.
SMS consent records are retained as compliance records, including the consent text, timestamp, source, page URL, region and related submission details.
Where Information Is Processed
Information may be processed in the United States and by service providers that support our shared systems, website hosting, communications, analytics and business operations.
Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us at service@insight-panhandle.com or (806) 209-4849 to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, contractual, operational and recordkeeping limits. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us. You can limit advertising and tracking as described in “Cookies, Pixels and Ad Choices.”
Texas Privacy Rights
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) may give you certain rights over your personal data, to the extent that law applies to our business. To exercise a right, contact us at service@insight-panhandle.com or (806) 209-4849. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time the law allows. If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response and, if we deny that appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General. See “Cookies, Pixels and Ad Choices” for how we treat Global Privacy Control signals and how to opt out of targeted advertising. If the TDPSA does not apply to us, we will still consider your request as described in “Your Choices and Rights.”
Where the TDPSA applies, your rights include the right to:
- confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access it;
- correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
- delete personal data that you provided or that we obtained about you;
- obtain a copy of the personal data you previously provided to us, in a portable and readily usable format where the data is available digitally; and
- opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
