How your plan gets started
We set the schedule and show up, so protection does not depend on you remembering to call.

Plan agreement
We confirm your plan, any add-ons and your commitment in a written service agreement. You have 3 business days after signing to cancel.
First visit
A typical first visit includes an inspection of your property and treatment of the eaves, perimeter and entry points for the pests your plan covers.
Ongoing visits
Home Protection Plan visits return about every two months, six a year, and we notify you before each one.
Commitment options
Pick the commitment that fits
The Home Protection Plan has an initial commitment of 12, 18 or 24 months, then continues until you ask us to stop. The 24-month commitment is the best value.
How your commitment works
- Billing
- Choose per-service billing, charged for each scheduled visit, or monthly billing.
- Your price
- Your price does not increase during your commitment. After it, any increase comes with at least 30 days' written notice, and you can decline it and cancel at no cost.
- 3 business days to cancel
- You have 3 business days after signing to cancel.
- After your commitment
- Your plan continues on the same schedule after your commitment ends, until you ask us to stop.
- Stopping service
- Call (806) 209-4849 or tell us in person at least 30 days before your next scheduled service.
- Early termination
- If you end your agreement before your commitment is complete, an early-termination fee applies. It is explained in your service agreement.
The 100% warranty
If pests come back, we make it right
Every pest covered by the Home Protection Plan carries our written 100% warranty. This is how it works.

Free re-service
We re-service the affected areas at no charge.
Refund if the activity persists
If the same activity is verified to persist after two free re-services, you receive a refund of your last charge and your plan ends with no cancellation fee.
The warranty applies to the pests covered by your Home Protection Plan. Full terms are in your service agreement.

Home Protection Plan
The plan does not cover termites or other wood-destroying insects, or bed bugs. Carpenter bees are covered, and carpenter ants are available as an add-on. If you are dealing with a pest that is not listed on this page, call (806) 209-4849 and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
Mosquito Reduction Plan
The plan is aimed at reducing mosquito activity around your home. It does not promise to eliminate mosquitoes.

How much do the plans and add-ons cost?
We do not post prices online. Your free quote gives you your price, and add-ons that carry a charge are priced separately and included in it. Interior liquid application has no extra charge. Start a quote online or call (806) 209-4849.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
Call (806) 209-4849 and we will schedule a free re-service. If the same activity is verified to persist after two free re-services, you receive a refund of your last charge and your plan ends with no cancellation fee.
Can I cancel my plan?

Which add-ons are available?
For the Home Protection Plan: carpenter ants, voles and exterior fleas and ticks, all priced separately, plus interior liquid application at no extra charge. For the Mosquito Reduction Plan: ticks. Add-ons apply only when you choose them.
Do the plans cover termites or bed bugs?
