You also need a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) technician license, or the ability to register with TDA as an apprentice. The job means talking with customers at every stop, so clear and courteous communication matters too.

What should I expect after I apply?

When a position is open, you complete your application on Insight's secure applicant portal. Our hiring team then reviews it, candidates who fit the role are invited to interview, and selected candidates receive an offer and begin training. If you have a question along the way, call (806) 209-4849 or send us an email.

Do I need a technician license?

You need a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) technician license or the ability to register with TDA as an apprentice. New hires without a license are registered within 10 days of starting, so you can apply when a position is open even if you do not have a license yet.
